How fulfillment works

pixelcity.art redirects purchases to Stripe Checkout and waits for verified server-side confirmation before coins are granted.

Wallet status can remain pending when Stripe reports that a payment is still processing.

When support should review a charge

A charge should be reviewed if checkout completed but the wallet does not show the expected result after a reasonable processing window. Contact [email protected] with your checkout details.

  • Keep the checkout session reference shown by the wallet return status.
  • Avoid repeating the same purchase while the earlier one is still pending unless support instructs you to do so.
