pixelcity.art processes account-linked, gameplay, and billing-related data. For privacy-related requests, use the contact email on this page.

What this policy covers

pixelcity.art is a browser-based shared world and building-management product with public world viewing, authenticated workspaces, Google sign-in support, Stripe Checkout redirects, and server-side wallet fulfillment.

This page documents the baseline data flows already implemented in the current product build.

Data categories

pixelcity.art uses only the categories that are required for account access, gameplay state, billing settlement, analytics, and normal service operations.

  • Internal user id, display name, linked provider ids, and linked provider email address.
  • Session and authentication data required to keep the current signed-in browser tab active.
  • Gameplay records such as leased cells, placements, transfer offers, votes, and building catalog entries.
  • Wallet and billing records such as coin balance, ledger history, Stripe checkout references, and webhook fulfillment state.
  • Page and SPA route analytics events used to understand product discovery and navigation.

Public content and author display

Published buildings, placements, and related gameplay records are public product content rather than confidential submissions. The guest view currently does not show the author of a visible work, but this interface policy can change and guest-facing pages may later show author information.

See the Terms for the full content, authorship, copying, and responsibility rules that apply to published works.

Third-party processors

pixelcity.art currently integrates with a small set of third-party services.
